Key Responsibilities of Product Manager:
- Product Management: Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), manage existing product ranges, and develop business models for new and existing SKUs.

Qualifications & Skills required for Product Manager Role:
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex business and technical concepts.
- Relevant Product Management experience: Engineered / Physical Product within an Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Process or Assembly-type environment
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Leadership & Development: Previous experience of leading, mentoring and developing other Product Managers
- Project & NPD Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and achieving goals while maintaining high standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable handling and interpreting engineering data and metrics, translating technical details into actionable business insights.
- Data & Financial Analysis: Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and conducting financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
