As a Product Manager for one of our platform capabilities, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver a world-class user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including functional/technical architects, engineering, design, and marketing to ensure that our studios/connectors meet user needs and business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of Openness Studios business architecture and user experience, along with a strong passion for transforming ideas into reality. Being able to converge in diverging, ambiguous situations will be key to your success.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and market trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal customers, technical architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and prioritize initiatives, ensuring successful product development.
- User-Centered Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet both business and customer expectations.
- Product Lifecycle & Performance: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement based on key metrics.
- Market Readiness & Adoption: Ensure product compliance, market readiness, and increase adoption through close collaboration with marketing, regional teams, and stakeholders.
What We're Seeking
- Experience & Skills: Product management experience, with a strong understanding of business/functional analysis, and expertise in business automation (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Platform Mindset: Experience managing platform capabilities, understanding how they support consumers in building or enriching products
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly across technical and non-technical forums
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in uncertain, evolving contexts, and able to lead transformation efforts with strong initiative and accountability
