Description
The Product Marketing Executive for Enva Wood will have a dynamic role, focused on promoting our Easi manufactured products while aligning with Enva's central brand strategy. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple projects and is passionate about enhancing Enva's Easi range and brand recognition in the Wood fibre animal bedding sector. This is an office based role with regular travel to our sites, customer sites, external exhibitions and agricultural shows.
Enva Wood manufactures award winning animal bedding products. The beddings, easibed, easichick and easicattle, are made from clean recycled wood and each is manufactured to the specific needs of the animal concerned. For example, easibed for horses is dust free and easichick for poultry is treated with an organic additive, making it 100 per cent bio-secure from factory to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Projects & Campaigns
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns specifically for Enva Wood's Easi manufactured products.
- Collaborate closely with the central Enva marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with the company's overarching brand strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate product launches, new market entries, and promotional activities, tailoring campaigns for target audiences in line with market trends.
- Devise and manage digital and offline campaigns, ensuring they resonate with industry professionals, partners, and end consumers. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all materials produced.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Create compelling content that highlights the unique benefits and sustainable value of Easi manufactured products, positioning Enva Wood as a thought leader in sustainable wood solutions.
- Manage Easi bedding social media channels, including content planning, creation, and scheduling, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop content calendars in alignment with central marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and monitor feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
- Utilise social media analytics to assess campaign performance and further develop the Easi bedding product marketing strategy.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct detailed market research to understand customer preferences, competitor positioning, and industry trends, focusing on the animal bedding and sustainable materials sectors.
- Regularly monitor and report on market intelligence , providing actionable insights to refine Enva's market positioning for Easi products.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports that track key metrics, such as customer engagement, lead generation and sales impact of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather feedback on customer needs and integrate this feedback into future marketing strategies.
Brand Recognition & Positioning
- Assist central marketing in developing brand-building activities to enhance Enva Wood's visibility and reputation in the sustainable materials industry.
- Working with central marketing to plan and execute PR initiatives, case studies, and articles, that spotlight Easi products and Enva Wood's commitment to sustainability.
- Develop an asset content library, commissioning photography and creating product datasheets.
- Support branding efforts and attend trade shows, industry events, and local exhibitions to connect with potential customers and partners, strengthening Enva Wood position as a market leader.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to explore partnerships and sponsorships that will broaden Enva Wood's reach and reinforce its brand values.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Create and distribute an internal newsletter, updating Enva Wood employees on key projects, product developments, and company milestones to ensure employees, as brand ambassadors, support the product marketing strategy.
- Develop communication materials, such as briefing documents and presentations, that clearly articulate Easi Bedding's brand story and value proposition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Site Visits
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including central marketing, product development, and sales, to align on strategic objectives for Easi manufactured products.
- Maintain strong relationships with Enva Wood's various sites and reps, regularly visiting these locations to capture insights, support marketing initiatives, and foster brand consistency.
- Act as a brand ambassador when visiting different sites, ensuring all marketing and brand messaging is consistently applied across all Enva Wood locations.
- Collaborate with Enva Wood's sustainability and production teams to gather content and insights for customer-facing materials that reflect the company's environmental commitment.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Use digital analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, social media activities, and website traffic, continuously optimising strategies based on insights.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI to present to your line management.
- Track KPIs specific to Easi products, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics, to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
- Participate in quarterly marketing reviews with your line manager, discussing learnings, challenges, and opportunities for future campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the sustainable materials or environmental sector.
