Responsibilities
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Systems Strategy and Operations (SSO) team is a part of the Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) organization at TikTok. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to represent the business needs related to our CRM and Transactions systems in Europe and the Middle East, work with global counterparts to advocate for solutions, and own the successful GTM of product launches. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require working seamlessly with Sales, MSO and Product. The role is based in London.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound research to understand, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements in the region. Identify opportunities to leverage CRM and Transaction systems to drive business strategy.
- Design outbound (GTM) activities for new product launches, determine and track success metrics, and assume responsibility for the adoption of CRM and Transactions solutions in the region.
- Analyze data to understand product adoption trends and the impact of new business requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM and Transactions project related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by providing consultations and best practice support for the effective use of our CRM and Transactions systems (e.g. host learning sessions).
- Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM and Transactions system strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Product Marketing, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting experience from a top tier or high growth company.
- Superior problem solving skills including the ability to structure a complex business problem, identify blockers and the root cause, analyze data and recommend solutions.
- High attention to detail, strong communication (verbal and written), and strong organizational skills.
- Expert collaboration skills including managing complex and multi-cultural cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders at varied levels of seniority, and contributing to the business at strategic, operational and tactical levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills who is capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
- Comfort with ambiguity and a cross-cultural environment, able to quickly adapt in a changing environment and a fast learner able to quickly cultivate an in-depth knowledge of new business areas
- Experience working directly with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape is a plus
