Description of Role and Key Responsibilities:
Role Overview: This newly created fixed-term contract role is pivotal to our marketing efforts for the Transaction Banking Programme. The Product Marketing Manager will serve as the single point of contact between marketing and the development and proposition teams, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for innovative products such as the Private Client Current Account (PCCA) and the new Credit Card.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Consultation and Collaboration:
- Provide expert marketing consultation to internal teams, leveraging a deep understanding of transactional banking and financial services.
- Client Communication and Engagement:
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, enhancing client communication and engagement.
- Multi-Channel Communication Strategy:
- Design and implement a multi-channel communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across all marketing activities.
- Marketing Project Management and Strategic Alignment:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing roadmap that aligns with project and proposition teams, ensuring timely delivery against key milestones.
- Market Insight and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends and customer needs within the financial services landscape, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary.
- Solution-Driven Mindset and Problem Solving:
- Adopt a proactive approach to overcome challenges and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Core Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:

- Product Marketing Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in delivering effective product marketing strategies, particularly in transactional banking and financial services.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects concurrently.
