About The Job
You will be an Ambassador of the brand as part of the Merchandising Team of Louis Vuitton United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa. You will provide operational Merchandising support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network and support to assist the Merchandising team in order to assess and monitor product performance for all stores, helping to identify the right assortment of product and related services, to reach maximum sales and service potential.
Job responsibilities
Reporting & Data Analysis:
Prepare and review weekly Merchandising reports and newsletters to stores
Perform sales and stock product analysis, competitor price analysis, and other ad hoc analysis as requested
Carry out competition analysis as needed for business reviews and for Head Office in Paris Product Performance & Management
Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on new launches by liaising with product specialists in the network
Store Support:
Support with stock queries, customer requests, network transfers, and finding alternative solutions where necessary.
Ownership of updating stores on lead times for special orders, providing regulate updates during the process.
Provide support for any ad-hoc merchandising/store related operational duties.
Publish Business Reviews in preparation for store visits.
Miscellaneous:
Assist in the preparation, organization and delivery of new collection Product trainings
Assist in the preparation, organization and delivery of several events
Ad hoc support to the Merchandising Team depending on the priorities and various projects
Profile
Strong interest for Louis Vuitton products, and knowledge of the competition
Excellent level on PowerPoint and Excel
A data driven individual who enjoys analyzing numbers
Team player and able to build strong relationships with peers, management and the store network
