We are looking for a talented and data-driven Product Operations & Support Engineer – an energetic self-starter and problem-solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and support Optimove's production environment
- A key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented)
- Investigate and debug ETL processes
- Conduct data QA and analysis (MsSQL)
- Perform configuration management
- Create robust and scalable processes
- Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues
Requirements:
- Outstanding technical skills
- Experience with SQL
- Fast learner looking to be exposed to, and to work with, new technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities
- Agile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethics, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasks
- You should be able to talk about technology, even with non-technical people in a clear and coherent way
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-pasted environment, and come up with creative ideas for improvements
- Technologies fascinate you – you must be familiar with software technologies (such as web and mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript)
- Strong attention to details and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Desired:
- Experience working with enterprise grade customers
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Experience debugging issues in web application – logs, networking, etc
- Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog)
- Understanding of networking terminologies and functionality such as DNS, http, ports etc...
- Experience in SaaS implementation processes
