Delivery Focused: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse customer needs and execute product roadmap commitments. Your decisions will directly impact our corporate business goals.
User-Centric Approach: Understand the end-to-end customer experience. You'll be the voice of our users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Crafting Requirements: Develop detailed product requirements. Your clarity will empower our Engineering teams to build exceptional solutions.
Product Advocate: Represent the product passionately both internally and externally. Be the go-to person for queries related to the product.
Progress Tracking: Create robust methods to track product releases. Keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Agile Mastery: Deepen your understanding of Product Management and Agile practices to ensure we are building and delivering products in the most efficient manner, keeping a grasp on our evolving technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
· Craft and maintain a product backlog based on business value and ROI.
· Anticipate client needs by staying connected to market trends and customer communications.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the vision and shape of our products.
· Prioritise product feature backlog for development.
· Work alongside engineers to ensure full understanding of requirements and success criteria.
· Proactively address roadblocks to ensure successful release completion.
· Partner with product marketing to create efficient go-to-market strategies. Leverage their expertise to launch products effectively and maximise impact.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
· Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
· Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
· Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
