What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Champion the Customer: Represent customer needs at the highest levels, ensuring our products solve real-world problems.

🔹 Drive Product Strategy: Lead customer problem definition workshops, gather continuous feedback, and influence roadmap decisions.

🔹 Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use PENDO analytics to recommend enhancements, ensuring our platform evolves to meet market demands.

🔹 Own the Product Backlog: Prioritize features based on customer needs, stakeholder feedback, and market trends.

🔹 Lead Agile Delivery: Oversee Quarterly Delivery & Release Planning, aligning our product roadmap with business goals.

🔹 Be a Product Evangelist: Act as the vital link between customers, engineering, UX, and UI teams, driving alignment and innovation.

🔹 Monitor Performance: Track key product metrics to ensure we stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Cloud/SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS software development and cloud technologies.

✅ Agile & Continuous Deployment: Proven experience working in agile environments with CI/CD methodologies.

✅ Product Leadership: Extensive experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

✅ Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry trends and customer pain points.

✅ Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently represent the company externally.

✅ Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable insights and product enhancements.

✅ Collaborative Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
