About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will act as the critical link between business, users, and technology, ensuring we deliver high-value, impactful products. You will manage the product roadmap, define and prioritise requirements, and work closely with engineers, stakeholders, and clients to bring ideas to life.
You will be responsible for:
✅ Translating business needs into high-quality product specifications (flows, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
✅ Owning and driving the implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
✅ Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
✅ Collaborating with other Product Owners to ensure seamless integration across projects.
✅ Co-creating solutions with users, clients, and development teams to enhance our products.
✅ Advocating for best practices in product development and agile methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years’ industry experience, with at least 2 years as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
🔹 Strong expertise in agile delivery and a continuous improvement mindset.
🔹 Ability to analyse business problems and define clear, actionable user stories.
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
🔹 A proactive, collaborative leader who can inspire and guide technical teams.
