Product Owner

The role

As a Product Owner, you will work on a wide range of business-critical projects, optimising the use of existing products and maximising value of the product stack for the wider business. You will collaborate with diverse group of stakeholders to explore, understand, and prioritise their needs, identifying development opportunities based on value for money, business benefits and customer value.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure the product roadmap aligns with organisational strategies and develop a product vision which can be easily communicated to its intended audience.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following attributes:

• Significant relevant business and/or delivery experience
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills, capable of driving change with senior stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage project work and delivery while accommodating changes in priority

We operate on a hybrid working model which means working 1-2 days in the office and the rest of the week from home. The role is based in our Birmingham office and will require weekly travel to Birmingham where the IT Team are based and may involve travel to Supplier sites on occasion.
