Do you have previous commercial product knowledge, preferably in the automotive industry?
Have you run sales campaigns across a suite of products that have ultimately resulted in incremental sales and margin being generated?
We are looking for an innovative and creative Product Specialist to join our busy Parts team on a full time permanent basis.
Day to day, you will be providing active support to the Parts Business Development Team and the MAN Dealer Network in all aspects of competitive pricing and improvements on Genuine MAN Parts. In order to do this you will need to provide data, interpret that data and then propose initiatives to enable management to make decisions on future pricing strategies as well as risks to the business.
You will get involved in the full lifecycle of part sales campaigns, from reviewing marketing research, to then proposing campaigns and promotional activities that will support our market potentials. You will then have the opportunity to communicate and upsell initiatives to our MAN dealer network. Ultimately, you will support the dealer network on all makes and trailer initiatives that will enable them to maximise the part sales opportunity in the required timeframes.
In order to thrive in this role, you will have ideally come from an aftermarket environment, have a strong understanding of pricing initiatives and campaign management as well as the creative flare to drive sales forward. You will work proactively, with your entrepreneurial mind-set to help identify key sales and marketing opportunities. We are looking for someone that comes with bags of energy and enthusiasm to push the parts department forward, coupled with a real understanding of how to manipulate data and be a whizz in excel.
