To support your technical development, youโll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans.

Weโre open to different degree disciplines, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. Weโre looking for the following:
- Ideally a degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Mathematics, or other related fields
- Tech skills, such as coding experience, but weโre not set on a specific coding language (as we have many products), just bring a strong willingness to learn
- A demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to match
- An inquisitive mind to help you solve problems
- A keen eye for detail
- Resilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
- Effective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the world
- Be happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance

- Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if youโre aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process
- If you match the profile, you'll be sent a video interview to record.
- If your video interview is successful, youโll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
- Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 6 October 2025.
