Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Northwood, Watford.
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + GBS Bonus
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (45 hours per week)
Holiday: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (including Christmas break)
Parking: On-site parking
About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Production Manager to lead production and logistics in a growing, dynamic company. - Lead and manage daily operations across production, logistics, and warehousing
- Implement lean processes (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to boost efficiency and productivity
- Manage supply chain and inventory to minimise costs and improve accuracy
- Support and develop a motivated, high-performing team
- Troubleshoot production/logistics issues—get involved when things need fixing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and improve operational reporting
- Experience in operations management - manufacturing/production experience is essential
- Strong background in lean methodologies and process improvement
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive change
- Hands-on attitude—willing to get involved on the ground when needed
- A problem-solver with great organisational and analytical skills
