What You’ll Do:
Join our Audio team in the Films, Audio, and Branded Content department, where no two days are the same! You'll be the driving force behind keeping our productions on track, managing budgets and schedules, and working with incredible clients like the BBC, The R&A, UEFA, and AELTC (Wimbledon).
You’ll help shape the future of our audio productions, supporting the Head of Audio with strategy and team oversight, while also bringing in top-notch freelance talent and negotiating deals with suppliers. Got a knack for creativity and organization? You’ll prepare budgets for new projects, keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and even roll up your sleeves to support our editorial team on-site during big productions.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Working in the Audio division within the Films, Audio and Branded Content department
- Providing operational management of production budgets and schedules of all productions
- Management of client relations (including the BBC, The R&A, UEFA and Wimbledon)
- Assisting the Head of Audio in overseeing the production strategy and team
- Hiring of freelance staff and contractors
- Commercial management including negotiating deals with suppliers (personnel and resource)
- Preparing budgets for programmes in development
- Providing onsite support for the editorial team during key productions
- Monthly financial reporting
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Experience in managing junior production management personnel
- Ability to create a detailed, line-by-line production budget
- Knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows
- Knowledge of archive and music clearance
- Knowledge of production insurance, health & safety
- Experience of dealing with International and UK broadcasters, and an understanding of the UK TV, radio and Digital industry landscape

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
