Description
Pilgrim's Europe are expanding in Ashbourne! We are looking for Production Operatives across three shifts.

Location: Ashbourne

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 or 16:45 - 01:15

Pay Rate: from £12.50 to £13.00 per hour - depending on shift and area of production

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and pack raw product in a chill environment in line with customer specification, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency
  • Complete appropriate training programme within first 13weeks of employment
  • Be proficient on speed, quality of work, attitude and attendance at work
  • Ensure that all aspects of Company policy regarding Health & Safety and bird welfare are followed at all times to ensure good standards of working environment
  • Attend Company training sessions in Basic Food Hygiene etc., as required and put learning and development into practice whilst at work

You Will Need

  • A basic understanding of English Language
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Reliability
  • Flexibility to work outside your area to meet orders and demand of the business.
