I am working with a Healthtech company looking for a new Programme Manager for a new cutting edge project they are working on. I am looking for a Programme Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will take on the role of managing and successfully delivering one or more projects within scope, time, quality and cost.

The successful candidate with have strong communication skills and will be confident in an agile, fast-paced environment. They will also require knowledge of technology development lifecycle / proven successful delivery of technical project(s). They will be able to communicate and coordinate with 3rd parties.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple teams or departments.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets – and keep everything on track.
• Align stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks and resource constraints.
• Monitor programme performance and deliverables against KPIs.
• Report regularly to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
