Role Description
Lincoln Based – Hybrid and may require travel to other Client sites as needed
We are looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager with a strong background in implementing ERP solutions from existing legacy systems.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring successful planning, execution, and handover while aligning with business goals and timelines.
The Role:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Experience delivering complex projects like SaaS implementation,
- Experience with business process change in the Finance teams
- Good understanding of Finance processes in a retailer/ similar
- Good understanding of ERP processes in a retailer.
- Work closely with Infrastructure and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and technical execution
- Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to align key milestones and outcomes with wider transformation initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact for programme-related activities, updates, and challenges
- Establish and maintain programme governance (risk management, change control, and performance monitoring)
- Provide weekly status reports to the Transformation Program Manager, highlighting progress and risks
- Ensure compliance with technical, security, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in programme management, focusing on technical project delivery.
- Experience in Retail and Infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure is an advantage
