The Opportunity
We're supporting a global asset manager on a strategic transformation programme across its Finance function. They're seeking a seasoned Programme Manager with strong domain knowledge in Finance change and a proven track record of cross-functional delivery in complex, matrixed environments.
You'll play a key role in shaping and executing initiatives across Finance Operations, Financial Control, FP&A , and enterprise-wide process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role with visibility at executive level.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a portfolio of change initiatives across the global Finance function
- Designing and deliveringTarget Operating Models , future state processes, and planning frameworks
- Driving execution acrossFinance Ops, FP&A, and Control , with measurable outcomes
- Owningbudget governance , benefits tracking , and dependency management
- Managing complex stakeholder environments across Finance, Technology, and Operations
- Delivering within a hybrid methodology framework (Agile/Waterfall)
- Providing clarity in ambiguity and energising cross-functional teams
- Extensive programme management experience in financial services, ideallyasset management
- Deep understanding of finance processes and transformation in a regulated environment
- Strong working knowledge offinance systems, controls, and reporting cycles
- Evidence ofTarget Operating Model design and execution
- Polished communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead at SteerCo level
- Comfortable navigating change ambiguity and tight delivery timelines
- Experience in or withBig Four consulting (preferred)
