Life on the team
We are excited to announce 2 new roles sitting within the Transition and Transformation (T&T) team, a core part of Group Managed Services (GMS). Reporting into one of the Portfolio Managers in Andy Gough’s Programme Practice.
As a Project Coordinator you will be working with both some of our key customers in the UK, as well as other international clients. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling projects ensuring they are stay on track, whilst engaging with multiple stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
- Be responsible for governing the processes of implementing account-specific new services, tools and applications or other changes.
- Prioritise and co-ordinate own and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met, and deadlines are adhered to.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to achieve project objectives
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Produce documentation in line with project requirements.
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events
- Acting as SPOC for customer/CC service/project management/ service management teams for changes impacting Computacenter operational teams.
- Coordinating with customer/Computacenter project teams to make sure all Computacenter service change criteria are met.
- Support for different work stream Items within Customer experience team Knowledge/training/analysis/people
