The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to provide Operational project coordination, logistics, training and general administrative support for a product and technology organization. This is a widely varied role that requires high levels of attention to detail, organisation, integrity, and confidentiality. You will collaborate on cross-functional operations supporting our partners in Engineering, Product, and Security organisations to improve employee experience, process efficiencies, and effectiveness.

Your strong communications and organisational skills and your ability to adapt and multi-task will help you be successful. Being able to manage your workload by prioritising work and ensuring deadlines are met in a dynamic environment is key to this role. This role is ideal for an experienced Coordinator who is seeking to develop their skills in Project Management.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate org-level meetings and events and provide logistical support for employee engagement programs and other events.
  • Execute on operational projects for the org and be confident to administer and organize all types of projects from simple activities to more complex plans.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring their successful completion.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining on-boarding material and other training content for new employees.
  • Drive internal communications by collating articles and designing the quarterly newsletter.
  • Support the Business Operations Team in wide array of projects and tasks, with a positive attitude to learn.
  • Orchestrate a global hackathon for the organization across teams, office locations and timezones.
  • Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Organize information and maintain required confidentiality.
  • Manage your workload, prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, or similar role, in the technology industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement and ability to coordinate global events.
  • Curiosity, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and expertise with Outlook and Sharepoint
