Project Coordinator

Yeovil - UK-Based (Hybrid)

Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality projects within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely updates, and supporting the project management team to maintain delivery excellence.

The Role

• Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities
• Maintain and track project documentation, schedules, action logs, and risk registers
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Help manage project reporting, dashboards, and status updates to support decision-making
• Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to keep milestones on track
• Assist in the preparation of customer-facing documentation and project artefacts
• Coordinate travel or on-site logistics for meetings in Somerset (when required)
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure
• Team-oriented, with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
