JOB DESCRIPTION

At Leonardo we have a supporting role in the Advanced Targeting Sector Leadership Team (ATSLT), as a confidante and right hand for the Advanced Targeting Sector VP and his direct line reports. The role also encompasses the Data Controller for the Sector as well as support to the functioning of the Sector Leadership Team to ensure all business plans and activities are completed in a timely and consistent manner. The role is a fantastic development opportunity to learn about the Advanced Targeting business and the wider portfolio. There may also be the opportunity to tailor the role to work on special projects that align to your personal interests and development needs.

What You’ll do as Project Data Controller & Business Support

• Carry out special projects for Sector VP as required, for example, project managing particular activities.
• Provide, for the sector, a data management regime compliant with the relevant regulations per specific projects / products.
• Provide general business & tools support to the Sector VP and Sector Leadership Team as require
• Engage a network of key stakeholders across the entire LoB reaching all levels of seniority.
• Provide feedback to the Sector VP, as well as the wider Sector Leadership Team.
• Support the management of the sector budget.
• Liaise with Sector VP Personal Assistant to ensure diary is coordinated and aligns with business strategy.
• Draft briefs for engagements, comprising of all appropriate information, extracting the headline items for immediate attention.
• Draft presentations to be delivered by Sector VP and Leadership Team.
• Support the communications team with any Sector related notices required
• Assist with the track of all actions set by and for the Sector VP to the business, ensuring they are all delivered on time and to the level of standard expected
• Maintain an awareness of engineering, PM & Product activities across the Sector
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy in all output mentioned above

Would be nice if you had

• Knowledge and experience of the Advanced Targeting business
• Prior Data Control Management experience (ITAR & data control regulations, Export Control Act, TAAs, ATTs, is preferable but not a requirement for this role.
• Prior Data Control Management and Business Support experience is preferable but not a requirement for this role.
