The Role
Reporting to our Project Finance Team Leads who are based in the UK and US, the Project Finance Analyst will join our Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) and support the order to cash (OTC) process across several of our teams.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week from our central Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit accurate client invoices which are compliant with agreed contract terms and billing schedules.
- Ensure billing is processed according to monthly and quarterly deadlines.
- Reconcile client accounts to understand historical invoicing against modifications of a contract.
- Setup and maintain projects in our ERP systems (Oracle & Maconomy) to support future invoicing and revenue accounting.
- Data Analysis and Reporting at the request of our internal team or customers.
- Collaborate with our teams to support the order-to-cash process.
- Contribute to strategic continuous improvements within the team.
- Promptly respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and external statutory regulations.
- Apply our internal control environment (SOX or otherwise) to the Order to Cash function.
- Support a culture of high performance and collaboration with all team members.
