Project Finance Analyst

Pearse Partners is working exclusively with a European corporate lending bank to hire an Analyst into their Infrastructure Structured Finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to project finance lending in sectors such as digital infrastructure and energy transition.

Responsibilities:

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure lending deals across Europe.
• Assist in financial modelling, credit analysis, and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Contribute to due diligence, loan documentation, and transaction execution.
• Help manage a portfolio of existing investments, including waivers and amendments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Treasury, Legal) and external parties (sponsors, advisors, lenders).

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in project finance, structured lending, corporate banking, or a top graduate scheme.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail; confident working with financial models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a lean team environment.
