Are you passionate about making change happen? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to play a key role in shaping and supporting our change management processes. In this dynamic role, you’ll help define and uphold our project standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all initiatives.

As a central point of contact, you’ll empower teams by promoting best practices, providing insightful reporting, and enabling the successful delivery of projects. If you're ready to make a real impact and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You and your Team

We’re a collaborative and forward-thinking team at the heart of change delivery, dedicated to driving excellence across our project portfolio. As a PMO Analyst, you’ll be joining an environment where your insights and attention to detail will help shape the way we manage and deliver change. Our team plays a pivotal role in defining and maintaining change management standards, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. From tracking performance metrics and supporting governance processes to championing best practices and continuous improvement, we’re passionate about enabling success across the business.

As a Project Management Office Analyst, you will:

  • Support the project manager adherence to the change management framework, processes and tools.
  • Collation of status reporting across multiple projects and portfolios.
  • Tracking and communication of project status and metrics, reporting on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritised view of all supported projects.
  • Supports the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Acts as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in change management.
  • Collation, management & presentation of governance submissions through defined governance framework.
  • Undertake assurance review of key documents e.g. Project Status Reporting, Project Plans, Change Requests & similar.
