As a Client Project Manager at ASK4, you will be a key member of our Provisioning Team. As we continue to expand, you will help bring to life the implementation of the managed Internet and Wi-Fi services into Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and other Build to Rent (BTR) markets. You will be responsible for the entire project journey and maintaining timescales and budgets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and own the delivery of ASK4 installation projects from planning to installation and handover.
- Lead virtual project delivery teams, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ownership of the entire project budget, including the reporting of cost increases, and liabilities and ensuring the correct sign-off of project costs. This includes profit and loss reporting.
- Developing and managing the client relationship to ensure Client responsibilities within the project are met or escalated accordingly. This includes ensuring that clients and build contractors are kept informed in a consistent and timely manner.
- Creation and distribution of project documentation ensuring central project databases and online systems are maintained.
- Attending video and face-to-face meetings with clients regularly.
- Solving project problems.
- Managing project risks and issues proactively and taking responsibility for the escalation of project issues. Relating to commercial or contractual issues.
- Monitoring project schedules and timelines to ensure the delivery teams are acting in a timely manner on all actions.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous business project management experience.
- Previous experience within telecoms or infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Great client relationship skills and experience with clients or suppliers is key.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Projects and Excel to a high level.
- The ability to engage in complex business and financial calculations.
- Be process-oriented with a fanatical attention to detail.
- Be Flexible to accommodate peaks in workload, and willing to travel to client meetings across Europe if required.
- A Project Management qualification is desirable.
- Any conversational European languages are a bonus!
