The role
As a Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality. You'll take full ownership of the entire process, from inception to completion and final payment.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead and oversee planning, execution and successful delivery of vehicle conversion projects at our West Midlands facility. You’ll also:
- Provide successful project delivery will include full delivery from initiation to delivery for complex and major initiatives simultaneously
- Manage risks and issues, leading the project team to deliver mitigating actions, utilising requisite documentation templates
- Report on project metrics and progress on a weekly and monthly basis
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organisation
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at Walsall
Essential experience of the Project Manager:
- Previous experience in project management
- Excellent planning, co-ordination and organisation skills
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and operational functions in the organisation
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
- Educated to Level 5 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (foundation degree, Level 5 NVQ, high national diploma (HND)) or equivalent workplace experience
- Completed project management methodology qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and NPPV2 security clearance for this role.
