Project Manager (FM) - Hereford - Permanent role

Based in Hereford this role will involve leading projects related to refurbishment, refit and upgrade of facilities in a large commercial building located in Hereford

Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Very good experience in project management related to building refurbishment, building facilities upgrade and refit
• Experience in leading projects related to refurbishment, refit and upgrade of existing building facilities
• A professional qualification in engineering
• Experience with CDM (construction design and management)
• SSSTS OR SMSTS
• Hereford

Main Duties:

• Project management related to the refurbishment and building refit at a commercial building in Hereford
• Supervising subcontractors
• Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
• Budget and cost control
• Tender management
