Forsyth Barnes are exclusively partnered with an organisation is in search of an adept Project Manager with expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) for a six-month contract. The primary focus of this role will be overseeing the consolidation of data. The appointed candidate will evaluate current data management strategies, implement enhanced processes, and facilitate the effective usage of the Akeneo system for managing product information.

The successful candidate will have a robust background in data project management, with a particular emphasis on PIM systems, enabling them to foster a structured approach to integrate and manage data throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

· Drive the initiative for data collection and management within the brick and concrete division.

· Review current data processes and develop strategic plans for enhancement.

· Deploy the Akeneo PIM system to streamline data handling.

· Engage with cross-functional teams to guarantee the seamless incorporation of product information into organizational workflows.

· Formulate best practices around data governance and management.

Essential Requirements

· Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in data management or a similar field.

· Experience with Product Information Management systems, particularly Akeneo.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities.

· Ability to work autonomously and lead projects to conclusion.

· Background in the manufacturing or building materials industry is advantageous
