🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Insurance / London Market Experience Required!

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Leading project workstreams for medium to large-scale initiatives

✔️ Engaging with executives and senior management to drive effective communication

✔️ Delivering progress reports with the right level of insight for leadership

✔️ Reviewing and coaching project team members at all levels

✔️ Facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and reporting meetings

✔️ Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

✔️ Managing small teams, planning workloads, and providing expert guidance

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of senior-level Project Management experience, preferably within the Lloyd’s market

🔹 Experience in core insurance processes, systems, and regulatory bodies

🔹 Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., Project Online, Jira)

🔹 Proven track record of large-scale project delivery

🔹 Expertise in Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement practices

🔹 Experience managing outsourcing or third-party partnerships

🔹 Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and mentor junior team members
