About the Role
Legal 500 is undergoing a period of transformation, with several new and ongoing projects across key business areas, including Research/Product, Operations, Sales, and Technology. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to take ownership of these initiatives, working cross-departmentally to ensure their successful delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects across all business pillars, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Collaborate with senior management to implement business changes and maintain professional integrity throughout all phases of the projects
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting, highlighting milestones and addressing any potential challenges
- Oversee the management of project scope and associated controls in alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Review and ensure quality and consistency in deliverables produced by project teams, enforcing project standards
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring it is stored appropriately
- Ensure the final delivery of projects meets or exceeds specified requirements
- Adapt project strategies and approaches as needed, demonstrating flexibility in response to changing information and circumstances
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and proactively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing multi-faceted projects
- Ability to develop, implement, and adjust project plans based on evolving needs and priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams to achieve project objectives
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and updates to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project (or equivalent), MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working with and managing outsourced suppliers is a plus
