Overview
We are building a talent pool of experienced Project Managers across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines for upcoming opportunities within the UKs nuclear new build program, including projects at Hinkley Point C (Somerset) and Sizewell C (Suffolk). This is not a current vacancy, but rather an opportunity to be considered for future positions as they become available.

Potential Role Scope
Depending on your discipline and the specific opportunity, you may be responsible for:
- Leading and managing complex project delivery within your specialist area (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
- Overseeing contractor activities and maintaining quality standards in a regulated nuclear environment
- Managing project controls, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Implementing innovative solutions while maintaining strict safety and quality standards
Required Experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects (£15m - £100m+)
- Strong background in either civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines
- Experience working in regulated environments (nuclear experience advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and project control systems
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline or construction management
- Professional qualifications such as MAPM, RPP, MCIOB, RICS, or equivalent
- Industry-recognized technical qualifications (minimum NVQ Level 4)
