- Responsible and accountable for the successful management of complex automation projects with high volume in the intralogistics industry (in scope, budget and time)
- Utilize your automation expertise to innovate solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team spirit.

- Experience of managing complex projects, preferable in the automation industry
- An in-depth knowledge of Material Handling and General Contracting is a plus
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- APM or PMI qualification an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
