Kennedys is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their Claims Handling team. The role involves managing pre-litigated claims from the initial notification of loss, offering a bespoke cradle-to-grave claims handling service. This includes handling various types of liability claims (such as personal injury and property damage) and first-party property claims of unlimited value for insurers and self-retained policyholders.

We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Cases
- First party property and third party personal injury and property damage claims handling.
Required Experience
- 2-5+ years' experience of defendant personal injury and property claims working either in a legal or an insurance environment
- Track record of capably handling a caseload of pre-litigated fast-track and multi-track value liability and property (ideally EL/PL) type claims.
- First party property claims experience is essential
