Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater London for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management tasks including tenant communication, managing property maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, coordinating refurbishments, enforcing lease agreements, handling rent collections, and resolving tenant issues. The Property Manager will also be in charge of maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring properties are compliant with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK residential Property Management, including overseeing repairs and refurbishments is essential.
• Knowledge of UK property compliance matters essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and compliance
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle tenant issues efficiently
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident and assertive.
