Job Description
Costain are working with Thames Water on a variety of water and wastewater projects and have fantastic opportunities for individuals to join our growing AMP8 delivery team, working predominantly across the Thames Valley and Thames South regions. There is a mix of projects ranging from smaller capital maintenance to large civil new build schemes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and manage the work winning process from strategy through to submission in line with the Costain Work Winning Best Practice and Framework requirements. Develop, manage and contribute to the completion of compliant submissions
- Lead and deliver proposals using in framework resources
- Understand and identify challenges, risks and opportunities
- Manage Subject Matter Experts involvement in work winning activities
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, including chairing review sessions with leadership teams
- Submit information to the Client and act as key point of contact for queries and justifications
Qualifications
- Water/Wastewater Process Knowledge
- Work Winning and Estimating Knowledge
- Risk Management and evaluation.
- Able to effectively manage time and priorities to achieve tight deadlines
