Role Description

BHSF is looking for a Propositions Manager to oversee our regulated and non-regulated product portfolio working closely with the Head of Products. The role is central to BHSF's long-term strategic objectives and its desire to become a pioneering digital health and wellbeing provider.

This role offers hybrid working, Monday to Friday 8:45 to 16:45.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Product development and product management
• Knowledge and experience of reporting and analytics platforms such as PowerBI
• Dashboard and reporting delivery
• Sector specific experience (Insurance, Protection, Group Risk, Financial Services)
• Experience in working within a regulated financial services environment
