Publisher Engagement Manager

Location: WFH Working

Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days a week

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

The Role The Publisher Engagement Manager works collaboratively and cross-functionally with publisher services, partnership sales, marketing and operational teams to manage key publisher relationships. The account manager keeps publishers up to date with the latest Kortext products and solutions, provides training to publisher teams and identifies new growth opportunities with customers.


The Publisher Engagement Manager crafts account plans that drive awareness of and engagement with Kortext products and services to support the choice of Kortext as their primary eTextbook partner platform. The role is home based with the expectation of travel to monthly/quarterly on-site customer review meetings if required.


Key responsibilities

o Manage a book of named publisher accounts Passionate We bring passion and enthusiasm to our work.

o Create account plans to drive awareness of Kortext products and solutions in conjunction with marketing.

o Manage creation of opportunities within Salesforce of Adopt and Publisher Hosted business

o Promote and implement Kortext wrapround tools and services to support publisher’s institutional business.

o Provide opportunity leads for revenue growth to the partnership team.

o Deliver training sessions both in person and face to face on Kortext products and solutions.

o Assist publisher’s with supporting their institutional customers post adoption.


Key skills & Requirements

o Project management and relationship management experience.

o Publisher experience in a sales, product marketing or account management role

o Ownership mentality, self-directed with a balanced sense of urgency.

o Comfortable communicating and presenting to a variety of stakeholders and seniority levels.

o Maintain all customer data and interactions in Salesforce, generate reports and metrics

o Bachelor's degree level or directly related year for year experience

o 4 years account management experience
