Become a Purchase Ledger Administrator with The Works & join our fast paced, high performing accounts payable team to assist for 6 months with a high volume of work.
Your Mission
- High volume invoice processing for multi currencies GBP /EUR / USD with strict adherence to payment terms and internal controls.
- Supplier account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies with resolutions.
- Ensure new supplier accounts are set-up within the timeframe.
- Regular communication with management in relation to transactional activities.
- Build good working relationship with the cash control team and stakeholders.

- Assistance with Weekly Payment Runs
- PROBLEM SOLVING – You proactively identify issues and their causes, coming up with actionable solutions.
- COLLABORATION – You enjoy building and developing relationships with stakeholders, keeping key people involved and updated.
