QA Auditor - Financial Services - Ideally IB background

Miryco are working with a leading financial services company who are seeking a quality assurance auditor, ideally from an investment banking background, to join their quality assurance team.

Role:

• To assess the quality of the end-to-end customer journey processes to ensure customers achieve good outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed case reviews aligned to the company's Quality Assurance Framework.
• Build strong relationships with their Third Party Administrators.
• Mantain an active audit programme ensuring that all policies, processes and findings are suitably documented.
• Work closely with the Operations division, and the second and third line assurance functions.

Experience Needed/Preferred:

• 3 - 5 years of internal audit QA experience
• Experience working within a financial services company (ideally an investment bank)

Base Salary/ Bonus - Very market competitive (Apply or contact below for more details)

Days in office - Hybrid (3 days required)
