Lucideon are actively seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our dedicated Analysis and Evaluation quality team in Stone, Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA Officer at Lucideon, you will be an integral part of our Quality team, supporting the Head of Quality in various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting Internal Audits and self-inspections
  • Preparing for and participating in Regulatory Inspections (UKAS, FDA, MHRA) and client audits
  • Providing training on the Quality Management System to Lucideon colleagues
  • Reviewing and controlling various documents, such as equipment maintenance records and SOPs
  • Leading Complaint and Non-Conformance Investigations
  • Overseeing Change Control and Quality Risk Management
  • Facilitating Technical & Quality Agreements between Lucideon and Clients/Suppliers

  • 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Qualifications/Experience

  • A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience working within an ISO 17025 or GMP quality management system

Knowledge/Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and from different functions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-driven with a proactive attitude
  • A strong advocate for teamwork at all levels
  • Ability to lead discussions and problem-solving initiatives
  • Technical background in a relevant area
