We have recently reshaped our talent acquisition team and are seeking to recruit a TA Administrator to ensure candidates have an exceptional experience and to provide consistent and efficient processes for the team. This role will be pivotal to our success; you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, screening candidates over the phone, conducting and monitoring compliance requirements including background checks, contract generation and supporting report compilation.
Your new role
- Policy, Process and Procedures
- Complete administrative duties to support full recruitment cycle
- Support talent acquisition team by screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens as needed
- Amend records as needed by utilising established guidelines to ensure accuracy, data integrity and legal compliance
- General administration duties including invoicing
- Contribute to consistent process application by sharing knowledge, collaborating with peers
- Provide support and training end users to ensure understanding of process and systems
- Conduct audits of recruitment files and conduct/communicate necessary changes and actions items to ensure data accuracy and influence application of established processes
- Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
- Maintain a customer-centric focus ensuring candidate and hiring manager satisfaction is front of mind
- Technical Performance
- Act as a Workday super user, providing technical support and running UAT as required during any upgrade or process change
