We are looking for a
Quality Control Analyst to support analytical testing and compliance within our QC laboratory. This role is offered on a 6 month
fixed-term contract and requires adherence to defined analytical methods and
cGMP standards.
Shift Patterns
- Early: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Late: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Thursday), 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Friday)
- Night: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Wednesday), 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Thursday)
The Role:
- Conduct particle size analysis (laser diffraction), cleaning verification (HPLC), and FTIR/Raman identification testing.
- Perform method development, validation, troubleshooting, and technology transfer activities.
- Execute differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and pharmacopoeia analyses as required.
- Carry out environmental monitoring and periodic microbiological testing.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and cGMP-compliant.
- Prepare analytical test methods and reports, including Laboratory Investigations, Statements of Results, and Certificates of Analysis.
- Review, approve, and report on data generated for QC release.
The Candidate:
- Degree in Scientific, Biotech, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong experience in HPLC/Empower software (highly desirable).
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in analytical investigations (preferred)
