An opportunity has arisen to join our quality team to provide wide ranging administrative support as well as carrying out audits to ensure best practice is always at the heart of what we do.
What will I be doing?
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all administration is performed to high, exacting standards, including confidential and time-sensitive tasks.
- Coordinate the workload for the quality managers, ensuring tasks are prioritized appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with all Bright Futures administrative procedure and checking adherence to process and maintaining periodic audit of application.
- Act as the contact point for quality and compliance queries, escalating where required and recording appropriately.
- Support the coordination and completion of the periodic quality audits and reporting.
- Audit the information on the digital systems and create an action plan.
- Coordinate actions arising from audits and other quality assurance processes.
- Manage governance data to ensure they are organized, updated, and escalated when action is needed.
Experience
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Experience in completing audits is desirable.
- Good knowledge of office procedures .
- Proficient in office management software , including Microsoft. Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask workload.
- Experience of using digital management systems is essential
- Experience in working in health and social care is essential
- Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement practices
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level. Additional qualifications in office Administration are desirable.
- Qualification in health and social care -desirable

Interviews will be held at our Head Office in Lymm on 1st July
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 or 9-5. 37.5 hours per week, based in our Lymm office
