The Role

As a QA Engineer, you’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on improving the quality of our core loyalty platform. You will play a key role in driving test coverage, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of our innovative products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing test scripts.
• Collaborating on testing estimates and resource planning.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on Reward products.
• Working across multiple environments to ensure flawless functionality.

Your Skills & Experience

We value passionate testers with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in the following areas is beneficial, but we don’t expect you to have everything:

• Mobile web testing across Android, Windows, and iOS.
• Web application testing and cross-browser/platform testing (we use BrowserStack).
• API testing (we use Postman).
• Test automation (Cypress, Selenium).
• Querying SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Issue tracking systems (Jira).
• Knowledge of PCI compliance.
• Bonus: experience training external clients.
