We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and ensure the successful testing, evaluation, and approval of all Royal Navy Submarine Training Centre (RNSTC) programme deliverables for the transition of the Royal Navy Submarine School from the south coast of England to the west of Scotland. You will manage this process from start to finish and report directly to the Programme Director.
This will be a home based role but involve extensive travel to the south coast of England and west of Scotland.
The role is fixed term initially until December 2025

Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021. It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
