Quality Engineer

Our CEO Ash Warne started the business in 2017 after leading the simulator programmes at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams. We have since grown to a team of over 65 engineers, delivering turnkey driving simulators to customers including Ferrari F1 Team as well as a number of other marquee brands.
About the team:
We are a team of engineers experienced both in the design and manufacture of driving simulators, as well as their use in vehicle development. We develop, deliver and support outstanding, ground-breaking simulators and motion generators that support the engineering that leads to winning performance on the track.
The role:
As a Quality Engineer at Dynisma, you will support our efforts to maintain and enhance the quality of our driving simulators and motion generators. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure that all quality standards meet or exceed the requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Resolve quality issues using Dynisma’s non-conformance procedures.
•Perform in-house inspections of materials and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
•Create inspection templates and procedures for parts.
•Review and assess inspection and technical documentation from suppliers.
•Manage supplier quality through site visits and performance monitoring.
•Conduct continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing and inspection processes.
•Collaborate with engineering and build teams to integrate quality control measures into production.
•Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field.
•2-5 years experience in Engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
•Proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
•Strong experience with continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards such as UL508A / CE marking / TUV preferable
•Full UK Driving License
