Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to work on our new regeneration project, Barnsbury Estate, based in Islington and just a stone's throw from Kings Cross.

Currently in preconstruction, we aim to develop 900+ units over the next 10 years, add two new parks, build new streets including pedestrianised mews streets, and a community centre for all ages to enjoy.

Working hand in hand with the Construction, Technical and Cost planning teams, you’ll be an integral part of procuring quality packages within budget.

You'll play a pivotal role in the commercial elements of the scheme: from procuring packages in sync with our tender event schedule (think a mix of internal and external packages) to masterminding package management and having an input in the intricate realms of CVRs and cash flow forecasting. You’ll excel at fostering strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors alike. Your proficiency in excel and payment systems will be invaluable as you collaborate closely with the wider site team to manage construction packages to support the smooth and successful project delivery.
