£20 per hour (Midweek Nights)
£21 per hour (Weekends)
Essential Requirements: Valid Small Tools Certification
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience Working In a Rail Environment (PTS Preferred)
Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Rail Points Operative for a long-term rail infrastructure project based in Eastleigh. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of points operations and be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Performing points operations, maintenance, and basic fault checks
Using small tools and hand equipment safely and effectively
Supporting rail engineering and track teams on site
Following all health, safety, and operational protocols
Communicating with site supervisors and technical staff
